A warm hello and well done for being curious……
I am a licensed Thrive consultant and believe passionately that everyone has the ability to Thrive in life if they are prepared to challenge themselves and put in some effort.
In order to live life to the full, to see in colour, to live, to laugh, to love and to commit to all that life has to offer we need to be emotionally prepared and psychologically fit. Life is exciting, challenging and an adventure but like all adventures the unexpected will happen and we need to have strong emotional foundations in order to stand strong when the storm hits.
When something does not go the way we had anticipated or desired, when someone you love dies, when things get too much, when all the potholes seem to get in your path, barriers go up, hurdles appear, mountains become too high to climb and you cannot find a way through. To add to our misery we tend to fill our heads with negative thoughts , mind read incorrectly, overgeneralise and all these thoughts collect together and put us off track and into a state of confusion and anxiety.
By understanding how your beliefs about yourself are created it is possible to control and change these beliefs in order to steer yourself back on track and continue on your intended path. The way forward will be exciting, clearer, more productive and enjoyable and you will learn to Thrive.
If you want to happen to life rather than life happen to you; if you want self belief like the I CAN attitude of a toddler; and if you want to steer your own course rather than be steered The Thrive Programme will show you how to do this.
We do not like it when the lights go out. Trauma, crisis, illness and adversity all can lead to what seems like a power cut, the absence of light, dim, grey and flickering. The Thrive programme can show you how to tolerate uncomfortable feelings so they do not overwhelm you and to keep your unhelpful thoughts in perspective.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
